Three foreign journalists—Bill Emmott, Sylvie Kauffmann, and Gianni Riotta—examine the United States economy from a European perspective. Lou Reed reflects on the upcoming PBS documentary, "Rock and Roll Heart," the contribution he and his peers made to rock and roll, and what he most wants his music to convey. Three young filmmakers discuss their individual award-winning documentaries, which were showcased at the 1998 Sundance Film Festival: "Moment of Impact," "Frat House," and "The Farm."
