Dr. Jonathan Mann, former global AIDS chief for the World Health Organization, explains that the AIDS epidemic is accelerating while global response is declining, and why. Playwright Larry Kramer, founder of GMHC and ACTUP!, expresses optimism about Clinton's focus on AIDS research, and presents his autobiographical play "The Destiny of Me."
